Public Arts Laboratory

This CD documents the outcome of four partnerships, each between an artist, an industry partner and an education partner exploring and experimenting with the potential of an unusual material, process of circumstance. The CD charts the whole course of the project from the artist's brief, examples of previous work by them, notes, video, sketches and maquettes.

The piece was a commission for the Liverpool Design Initiative and was designed in partnership with Union North. The participating artists were Kirsteen Aubrey, Susan Bleakley, Blaise Drummond and Janet Emmanuel.
